I do not know what would satisfy us without them. We love it. It is very effective to keep hands and fingers away from strangers, the child and the wind, rain, etc. Quick turn on or off. It has two areas with small holes for ventilation. Pleased that we have a backup, but we do not need. Very durable and practices. Well worth the price.

I just had a baby and a preschooler us who travel and live in New England to protect a child against the weather and climate, with only a blanket was not good enough. I found the rain / weather shield, and have no regrets, its kept my baby warm and dry in the rain, cold and snow. It fits perfectly on my Peg Perego car seat and just slips right on!
